Surfaced this run via general web sweep, not the EDGAR watchlist (Bitdeer is not on the ledger's watchlist). Predates this run by three weeks; missing from the ledger until now, same pattern as the TeraWulf-Anthropic and Duos-Axe Compute gaps found in prior runs. Reconfirmed unchanged in Bitdeer's 2026-08-26 'July 2026 Production and Operations Update' 6-K exhibit. That same update also disclosed an AI Cloud facility (A102) in Malaysia 'fully committed with over $800 million in expected revenue' with no named counterparty or MW figure given; logged to candidates.json rather than given a row.

Conditions: 16-year colocation lease at Bitdeer's Tydal, Norway campus (a former cryptomine), signed with Volta subsidiary Volta Tydal AS; approximately $202/kW/month over the base term, with electricity pass-through to the tenant. An 8-year renewal option extends the potential total to approximately $8.0B over 24 years. Affiliates of J.P. Morgan and another unnamed global financial institution are expected to issue about $1.3B in letters of credit as credit support; the lease is subject to customary closing conditions. Phase 1 (of 133MW gross / 121MW IT capacity) targeted online by 2026-12-31, phase 2 by 2027-03-31. Bitdeer's own disclosure names only 'a subsidiary of Volta Infra' as tenant; it does not name Volta's own end customer. Bloomberg reported, citing sources, that Volta's compute customer here is Anthropic under a separate ~$10B/6-year agreement between Volta and Anthropic -- neither Volta nor Anthropic has confirmed this, so that leg is not represented in this row or as a separate ledger row; see candidates.json. Arithmetic check: $202/kW/month x 121,000kW x 12mo x 16yr = ~$4.69B, reconciling almost exactly to the stated $4.7B base figure.
