Surfaced via the EDGAR watchlist keyword hit on Duos's 8-K filed 2026-08-17. Sourcing is two primary releases (one from each counterparty, Duos and Axe Compute) plus DCD trade-press pickup; no Reuters/Bloomberg/CNBC/WSJ/FT coverage found -- flagged as thin/single-tier (primary-only) sourcing despite clearing the two-source bar. Arithmetic check: $500M / 55MW over 5 years is ~$1.8M/MW/year, well inside the ledger's $200k-$20M/MW/year sanity band and close to the $111M/10MW/5yr rate on the original Columbus deal (~$2.2M/MW/year), so the per-MW economics are internally consistent between the two rows.

Conditions: Five-year hosting agreements for 55 MW of new AI data center capacity across multiple, unnamed additional U.S. sites, explicitly 'in addition to' the companies' existing 10 MW Columbus, Georgia deployment (duos-axe-compute-columbus-2026-07): a distinct, additive commitment, not a restatement of the earlier deal. Aggregate value is '$500 million+' in contractual base payments over the 5-year term, excluding electricity/usage charges -- an undiscounted multi-year total with escalators, not a single upfront payment. Initial project readiness targeted late 2026 into early 2027, subject to construction, commissioning and Axe Compute's written acceptance. The companies also signed nonbinding term sheets for Axe Compute to take minority (up to 49%) equity stakes in the project entities; that equity piece is not itself quantified in dollars and is not included in this row's value.

Backfilled this week alongside the Aug 17 expansion (duos-axe-compute-expansion-2026-08) after that deal's own materials named this as the pre-existing relationship it builds on. No tier-1 (Reuters/Bloomberg/CNBC/WSJ/FT) pickup found for either the original deal or the counterparty identification; sourcing is two primary releases, one from each side of the eventual relationship once Axe Compute's own 8-K corroborated the same $111M/10MW figures in its Aug 17 filing.

Conditions: Five-year, 10 MW critical IT-load colocation agreement at Duos's Columbus, Georgia data center campus, described by Duos as with 'an investment-grade hyperscaler' in the original release but confirmed as Axe Compute (Nasdaq: AGPU) via Axe Compute's own SEC filings and the companies' joint 2026-08-17 release, which describes the Aug 17 55MW expansion as 'in addition to' this original 10MW Columbus deployment.
