Changelog

Every change to a published quarter, dated and explained. Capex figures get restated when a 10-Q supersedes a press release, when a company changes the basis it guides to, or when a row was simply wrong; each of those is a line here rather than a number that moved.

How revisions work

A revision replaces the value in the row and adds an entry here; the old value is never silently overwritten. Entries carry the date the change was made, the field, the reason, and the source that justified it where one exists.
