Every change to a published row, dated and explained. An implied move gets revised when a cleaner straddle quote is found, a realised move when a session was mislabelled, a guidance row when the print lands; each is recorded here so the calibration numbers can be audited against what the rows used to say.

How revisions work
A revision replaces the value in the row and adds an entry here; the old value is never silently overwritten. Entries carry the date the change was made, the field, the reason, and the source that justified it where one exists.
