EAT: Expectations vs Outcomes

Every tracked Brinker International print on both axes: what the straddle charged going in against what the stock did coming out, and what management guided against what the company printed.

One scored print is not a track record. A rolling ratio only starts meaning something after several quarters, and this name has 1. Read the row, not the average.

221.38 to 245.89

This is the clearest snapshot error the archive contains. Our preview updated before the open with shares near 226 in premarket and scored both passes correct on a move well inside the 8.7% implied. The stock then closed at 245.89, up 11.07% from 221.38, outside the implied in the other direction, because the FY27 guide arrived on the 10:00am ET call rather than in the release. A premarket read on a company that guides on the call is not the print. One wire account puts the close at 245.71 against the exchange series 245.89, a difference of 0.08 percentage points on the move and not enough to change the verdict.
