The surprise percentage is computed from the estimate and reported figures shown on the row, so it can differ in the last digit from surprise figures computed on unrounded estimates. Rows where the release time is not recorded show EPS figures without move figures rather than a move measured against a guessed session.
Consensus estimates shift right up to a report, and this page shows the final figure the feed recorded. Extended-hours prints are not shown directly: the open gap is the tradable residue of the after-hours or pre-market reaction at the next regular open.
